This project explores the art and impact of classic typefaces, focusing on influential designers like Carter, Baskerville, and Helvetica. The goal is to celebrate typography’s role in design and communication.
Concept
The design employs vibrant, overlapping colors and dynamic layouts to bring each typeface’s character
to life. By using layered typography, bold headlines, and detailed sections on each designer, the project draws attention to the unique features and historical significance of each font. The concept is to visually captivate while informing readers about the evolution and impact of typography.
Production
Adobe Illustrator was used to create intricate vector designs, while Adobe InDesign handled the layout for a polished and structured presentation. High-quality imagery and typographic elements were combined to ensure a professional finish suitable for both print and digital formats. The color scheme and layering effects were carefully chosen to highlight each font’s personality, making the booklet both educational and visually engaging.
